Definition

During each activity of the consolidation of investments, the system displays details concerning the reported data (such as investment and equity data), the data generated by preceding activities (such as goodwill), as well as documents and messages.

If the consolidation group in process contains further consolidation groups, these are differentiated as follows:

1. Total Documents (section "Total Document") are the sum of the documents posted for the lower-level consolidation groups, and the supplementary documents to be posted in the current consolidation group.
2. Supplementary Documents (section "Document") are posted in the current consolidation group.

if the consolidation group in process does NOT contain further consolidation groups, then there is no difference between total documents and supplementary documents; hence, only the "Document" section is output.
