Definition

There are two situations in a method change:

  1. If an activity is associated, it is possible to execute the method change directly preceding or succeeding the activity. In the latter case, the activity is executed twice -- prior to the change using the old method, and as a part of the activity method change using the new method.
  2. If no activity is associated, the method change is executed either as the first activity of the period in which the change occurs, or as the last activity of the period.
