Documentation
Definition
The consolidation group hierarchy is defined as version- and date-dependent (assignment of consolidation units / groups to consolidation groups). This parameter describes the period.
Supplementary Documentation - FC_CGPER0 0001
Use
If this period is not specified for data transfer, the system computes the values of the consolidation group for the highest period in the time frame selected. For example, if you specified periods "0 to 12", the system uses period 12. If no periods are specified, the system uses period 16.
If a temporal restatement is desired (which means, period does not equal period for drilling the consolidation group), then the aspect should contain the period for drilling the cons group as a characteristic.
If the aspect does not contain the characteristic period for drilling the cons group, then you should leave the respective field in the selection screen blank, and you should always transfer data for only one period.
