Definition
Annual net income and retained earnings are affected depending on which items you choose for posting currency translation differences.
Use
Procedure
The system notifies you if the posting of a translation difference with a debit balance affects net income or earnings.
Examples
If you assign a differential item of the income statement to an FS item set that consists of balance sheet items, the differences that are posted affect net income and earnings.
