Definition
The selection of future flexible benefits plan options may depend on the employee's currently selected plan options. During enrolment, some plan options may be valid for the upcoming year, but some other options may not be valid.
The field T.Opt is used to define the benefits plan options you wish to offer employees for the coming benefits year. These "target" options are valid only from the currently selected plan options.
This field is therefore used to describe the plan options that the employee can choose for the next benefits year.
