Definition
The selection of future flexible benefits plan options may depend on the employee's currently selected plan options. During enrolment, some plan options may be valid for the upcoming year, but some other options may not be valid.
The field S.Opt describes the current benefits plan options selected by the employee.
This field is therefore used to describe the plan options that the employee chose for the current benefits year.
