Definition
This field is one of four used to define limit grouping for holiday buying and selling.
Specifically, in this field, you define the maximum number of holidays the employee can buy in the benefits year.
The time unit for this value is the same as the time unit which is maintained and assigned to the quota type in the IMG step Define Holiday Buying/Selling Attributes (FLEX) (View: V_T74_FBN07).
Example
For the limit group A, you define the four limit grouping fields for employees of this group as follows:
- Employees can can buy a maximum of five days holiday
- Employees can sell a maximum of three days holiday
- The maximum value of their absence quotas is 35
- The minimum value of their absence quota is 25
