Definition

This wage type describes the difference in cost between the flexed valueand the standard value for the chosen benefit plan.

Example

An employee chooses an additional health plan, with the option 'Extra Screening' for the employee only.

The standard value of this plan is zero, and the flexed value is GBP 24.17 per month. The difference amount (GBP 24.17) is stored in this wage type, and is generated when payroll is run.
