Definition

Use this field to define the Flexible Benefits plan type that you wish to check.

Use

When you mass generate an adjustment reason for a group of employees to enrol in a specified Flexible Benefits plan, you can exclude employees who are already enroled in a plan of this type, in the specified period.

By specifying a benefits plan type in this field, you can exclude any employees who already have enroled in this plan. These employees are excluded from the report processing, and will not be assigned a new adjustment reason.

Note:

You specify the period over which you wish the plan check to run using the Check Period fields.
