Definition

Use this field to specify the period for which you wish to run a plan check.

Use

When you mass generate an adjustment reason for a group of employees to enrol in a specific Flexible Benefits plan, you can exclude employees who are already enroled in a plan of this type, in the specified period.

By specifying a time period in the Check Period fields, you can exclude any employees who already have enroled in this plan. These employees are excluded from the report processing, and will not be assigned a new adjustment reason.

Note:

You specify the plan type you wish to check using the field Check Plan Type.
