You can use different versions within Special Purpose Ledger. These versions are defined per ledger in customizing.
Use
You can also use different versions in intercompany reconciliation in order to create different sets of data. Specify the main version which is supposed to be used by all users during intercompany reconciliation. It is recommended that you hide the version field from the selection screens of the programs in order to avoid confusion.
