If you set this flag data records created by automatic assignment will be included in the resulting list.
Dependencies
In order to increase transparency - especially when analyzing how data changed through the different steps in the reconciliation process - data records created by data selection can be distinguished from data records created by automatic assignment using the field record type (technical field name RTYPE). Technically original data records use record type SPACE, data records created by automatic assignment have record type 1 (unassigned data records) or 2 (assigned data records).
