Definition

The display attribute "Output" determines whether field contents are output or not.

Use

If the field is selected, the contents is output.

If two influencing fields are combined, the following combination rule applies:

Blank means that the field is not flagged
X means that the field is flagged

• Blank and blank means blank, so the contents is not output.
• Blank and X makes blank, so the contents is not output.
• X plus X makes X, so the contents is output.

The value of the display attribute "output" already displayed is also an influence, so this value is also included in the combination.
