Definition

The display attribute "Invisible" decides whether output and input in the field is visible or invisible.

Use

If the field is selected, input or output is not visible.

If more than one influencing field is available, the following combination rule applies:

Blank means that the field is not selected
X means the field is selected

  • Blank plus blank means blank, so input/output is visible.
  • Blank plus X means selected, so input/output is invisible.
  • X plus X means selected, so input/output is invisible.

The value already displayed for the "invisible" attribute also counts as an influence, so this value is included in the combination.
