Definition

You use this indicator to define for which type of accounts functional areas are determined during the posting of documents:

  1. If you set this indicator, the functional areas will not only be determined during postings to P&L accounts, but also during postings to Balance sheet accounts.
    This can, for example, be necessary when using the "Funds Management" (FI-FM) component.
  2. If you do not set this indicator, functional areas will only be determined for P&L accounts during posting.
    This is a standard setting for all compony codes for which no deviating settings have been made.
