Definition
The total billed delivery quantity for the item (the total delivery quantity less any cancelled quantities).
Use
The system records the billed delivery quantity for each related document (for example, the sales order and delivery note that precede the invoice).
Example
- You create an inquiry for a 100 pieces of a material.
- From this, you create a quotation for 100 pieces.
- Two sales orders (for 50 pieces each) result from the quotation.
- You deliver and bill the first order completely.
- You deliver and bill the second order in partial quantities of 40 and 10 pieces.
- You cancel the invoice for 10 pieces.
The billed delivery quantity for the inquiry and quotation is 90 pieces, for the first order is 50 pieces, and for the second order is 40 pieces.
