Definition
Period that needs to have elapsed before a reorganization plan can be archived.
Use
The residence time ensures that a reorganization plan is not archived prematurely. The residence time is calculated on the basis of the reorganization date. The residence time is expressed in days.
For it to be possible to archive a reorganization plan, at least the residence time needs to have elapsed since the reorganization date. The following also applies:
<reorganization date> + <residence time> <= <archiving date (today's date)>
