Maximum permitted deviation of a meter reading from the previous meter reading. The value is used for inactive installations or move-ins.
Is used for independent validation 96 (fixed value deviation).
Example
Move-in:
Previous meter reading: 100 KWH
Move-in reading: 120 KWH
Fixed value deviation 15 KWH
Deviation from previous reading: 20
In this case, the maximum permitted deviation has been exceeded.
