Definition

Indicates the maximum value which the last decimal place of a a meter reading may deviate from the previous meter reading.

Is used for independent validation 96 (fixed value deviation).

Example:

Previous meter reading: 100.00

Current meter reading: 100.70

Fixed value deviation 15 i.e. permitted deviation is 0.15

for two decimal places

Therefore, the meter reading is not in the permissible interval:

99.85 <= current meter reading <= 100.015
