Definition

Default values for the budget billing extrapolation category for waste disposal services.

Use

If a value is not entered in the contract, the default value selected is taken from the meter reading unit.

Dependencies

The selection of a value produces the following results:

  • 01 (automatic)

    Values relevant for the budget billing period are extrapolated according to the following logic (descending priority):

    1. If billing-relevant changes to the service frequency exist in the budget billing period, extrapolation is executed based on expected services in the service frequency.
    2. If billing-relevant values exist for the same period of the previous year, these are used for extrapolation.
    3. If billing-relevant values exist for the previous period, these are used for extrapolation.
    4. Values are extrapolated based on expected services (determined from the service frequency interval).
  • 02 (via service frequency)

    Values are extrapolated based on expected services (determined from the service frequency interval).

  • 03 (via previous period)

    Billing-relevant values from the previous period are used for extrapolation. if this is not possible:

    • values are extrapolated based on expected services (determined from the service frequency interval).
  • 04 (via previous year's period)

    Billing-relevant values from the previous year's period are used for extrapolation. If this is not possible:

    1. billing relevant values from the previous period are used for extrapolation
    2. values are extrapolated based on expected services (determined from the service frequency interval).
