Definition
The following output formats are supported during export:
- CSV for SAP Import
The data records are exported sequentially in a file. The first lines contain the field names for every record type. The amount fields contain the currencies. Data of this format can be reimported into an SAP evaluation system.
- SAP Audit Format
Several files are generated, each one only contains records of one type. The first eight lines always describe the data but not the relationships between the records (primary foreign key). Files of this format can be directly imported into IDEA software.
