The necessary experience for a requirement (in years) is stored in this field.
For different requirements it can be useful to store certain experience values as well, that is, requirements can exist for which very specific experience is necessary.
Example:
The position or job 'secondary teacher' needs the requirement
'teaching experience' of 'at least 2 years'
It is still possible to distinguish between absolutely necessary experience or merely desirable experience, this can be modelled via the priority of a requirement.
Example: Essential requirement has priority '1' (see table T77S0, group 'QUALI PRVAL
