Definition

In Backwards - Forwards scheduling you start scheduling backwards and schedule all the events in a scenario that have the backwards scheduling indicator set (see Backwards Scheduling). The system then use forward scheduling to determine the dates of events that have the forwards scheduling indicator set (see Forwards Scheduling).

Warning

It is not possible to use one combination of two events in both forwards and backwards scheduling.
