Definition
An external wage type is recorded at the time recording terminal with the time event type P50, and transferred from the subsystem to the SAP system for further processing.
Employee expenditures permitted for an employee:
When you enter an employee expenditure for an employee at the terminal, the subsystem validates the grouping for employee expenditures and the employee's country grouping against the entries in the employee expenditures table (V_T705K). You specify employee assignment to groupings in the Time Recording Data infotype (0050).
Recording employee expenditure data at the terminal:
At least one of the following entries must be made (automatically or manually) when an employee expenditure is recorded at the terminal:
- Number and unit
or
- Amount
or
- Number, unit, and amount
The units permitted for entry are checked against the "Time/measurement unit" field in the table of employee expenditures (V_T705K).
