Definition
Indicates whether the items of the purchase requisition referenced are to be adopted automatically in purchase order, RFQ or outline agreement items.
Use
If this indicator is set, the overview screen for the requisition items does not appear for selection purposes. Purchase order, RFQ or outline agreement items are generated automatically from the individual items. The system branches immediately to the overview screen for the purchasing document that has been generated. There, you must save the document manually.
It is used in the following functions:
- Create purchase order with reference to an individual requisition
- Create RFQ with reference to an individual requisition
- Create outline purchase agreement with reference to an individual requisition.
