Definition
A system data container is a persistent data object with a set of parameters that identify instances of SAP system (logon identification) and can be maintained independently from the test script.
The system data container contains the physical connection to one or more SAP instances. These connections are identified by logical indicators, the target systems. You can assign a product version to the target system. The system data container is usually maintained by a person responsible for a test environment of a project, and all project members can access the same system data container.
