Definition
The schedule line quantity represents the number of copies received by the ship-to party for an order item and for which the payer is billed.
Use
When partial suspensions are effected, the schedule line quantity indicates the number of copies suspended. In this case the figure is preceded by a minus sign.
When error corrections are carried out in retail orders, the schedule line quantity indicates the difference between this quantities and the actual quantity ordered. If the quantity has to be adjusted downwards, the error correction is preceded by a minus sign.
