Definition
Has the effect that the marked symbol of the type Specification or Descriptor is inserted in the document template.
Use
This indicator is used for the following tables in the WWI Wizard:
- Symbol Selection in Step 1:
The system inserts in the document template only specification symbols for which you have set the indicator.
- Descriptor Selection in Step 2:
The system searches automatically for a phrase that corresponds to the specification symbol name in the symbol tree.
If the system does not find a phrase with the relevant symbol name, you must start the search dialog for phrases by double-clicking (or @16@), and search for and assign a suitable phrase.
The descriptors (phrase texts) that were assigned automatically or manually to a specification symbol are marked automatically by the system. Only marked descriptors are inserted in the document template for the corresponding specification symbol.
Specification symbols to which no descriptors could be assigned are inserted without descriptors, or they are inserted in the same table cell as the next highest specification symbol to which a descriptor could be assigned.
Notes:
- When searching, the phrase settings are loaded that are specified in the WWI settings. You can delete or overwrite these as required.
- The system shows you the status of the search result.
