Use

For blank compression you can define different conditions:

Condition    Character    Meaning

OR     +    If no value is found for at least one control symbol, blank compression is activated. No text is printed.

AND     *    If no value is found for all control symbols, blank compression is activated. No text is printed.

With Alternative    example <13CNG000>    Following the additional control symbol, you can specify manually the symbol that is to be printed as an alternative (ELSE) if blank compression is activated.
