Definition

Specifies which data is used for the search:

  • All specification data

    Search all specification data apart from technical and administration fields.

  • Characteristics

    Search all value assignment types and characteristics

  • Documents

    Search all documents (fields: Document Type, Document Number, Document Version and Document Part)

  • Specification key and identifiers

    Search the fields Specification, Specification Type, Authorization Group, Identification Type, Identification Category, Language, Identifier, Identifier Long text

Restriction:

The fields Creation Date, Change Date and Created/Changed By are not supported. Only the creation date from the substance header is taken into account.

The search within documents is only supported for documents that are stored in Knowledge Provider (Kpro).
