Use

  • Enter the value I if the SAP system is to also create data records that were newly determined by the EH&S Expert without changing other data records.
  • Enter the value D if the SAP system is to completely delete the data that was determined during a previous EH&S Expert run and create the newly determined data. The SAP system uses the data origin (parameter EXPERT_WRITE_OWNER) to recognize which data belongs to the EH&S Expert.
  • Enter value C if the SAP system is to deactivate the active indicator of the data in the most up-to-date data records that was determined on a previous occasion that the EH&S Expert was run, and if the system is also to delete all remaining data records. The system additionally creates data records that are newly determined by the EH&S Expert.
  • Enter the value R if the SAP system is to delete only the data records for which new data was determined and create the newly determined data. The SAP system uses the data origin (parameter EXPERT_WRITE_OWNER) to recognize which data belongs to the EH&S Expert.

Note:

In Customizing for Basic Data and Tools under Manage User Exits, you specify the number of data records determined at an earlier stage that are retained during save mode C using the parameter EXPERT_NUM_OF_DEACT_VALUATION.
