Definition

This field indicates the relationship between the publication frequency of an edition to the week in question according to the charge rates specified in the general terms and conditions of the postal newspaper delivery service. The field can be maintained manually in the edition if no frequency rule has been specified. However, if a frequency rule is specified for an edition, the field is copied from this rule overwriting any existing manual entry. The system enters a value in the field automatically when you maintain the frequency rule. The field might contain the following entries:

• weekly
• more often than weekly
• less often than weekly
