Country name (short form)

Use

The country name is used in the address format and in the user interface instead of the country key, or in addition to the country key.

Dependencies

There are two fields for the country name, this one, with 50 characters, and a shorter, 15-character field.
Both fields contain the short form of the country according to ISO 3166-1.
For some countries, the 15-character field is only long enough to contain an abbreviated form of the name.
The 50-character field contains the short form without abbreviations (but not the official, full, country name).
