Definition

Indicates whether, during creation of a purchase order item with reference to a purchase requisition, a different item category than the one in the requisition may be used.

Dependencies

Only the changes involving the document type and item category marked with the dialog indicator are checked.

If the dialog indicator is set and this indicator is not set, the user receives an appropriate error message.

Note

You can set the dialog indicator in Customizing for Purchasing under Purchase Order -> Define Document Types -> Allowed Item Categories -> Link Purchase Requisition - Document Type.
