Documentation
Definition
Comparing the profile for the position requirements with the profile for the qualifications of the person yields a suitability percentage that provides information on the further education and training required by the person for the position.
Example:
100.00 %: The person is 100% suitable for the position, which means
that no further education is required.
40.00 %: The person is 40% suitable for the position, which means
that further education is required.
If the selection also permits and finds substitute qualifications (defined via structure depth in the qualification network and selection bases), they are included in the calculation of the suitability percentage. The valuations of 'specializations' and 'generalizations' (defined via selection bases) are interpreted as weighting.
Please note: The suitability percentage merely enables the "hitlist" to
be structured in some way. In other words, you should not
take this data at face value when considering a person's
suitability. Instead, you should regard it as a method
used to make subjectivity easier to understand.
If you require a more detailed impression of the persons
in question, you must take other factors into account.
