Definition
You can use this indicator to define whether employee data may be entered in the accounting past.
Use
- If you set the indicator, it is not permissible to enter data in the accounting past.
- If you do not set the indicator, it is permissible to enter data in the accounting past. Retroactive accounting is initiated when the value of the field changes.
Note
If accounting has never been run for the employee, it is always permissible to enter data, even in the accounting past.
