Definition

If this checkbox is selected, any existing default menu enhancement that can be deactivated is suppressed at runtime. This means it does not appear anywhere in the corresponding CUA status line.

Use

Dependencies

This checkbox is selected only if a default menu enhancement exists and this can be deactivated.

If it is selected, any implementation of the menu enhancement that already exists becomes ineffective. Any specifications on such an implementation (function text, icon name, icon text, info text) are thus deleted.

If the function text and icon simultaneously remain empty in the implementation, the default menu enhancement will take effect at runtime, provided one exists.
