Use
This field indicates the end time of a substitution record.
A substitution with individually defined daily work schedule (also known as a time substitution) overwrites the employee's work schedule.
This is not the case if you also enter a position. You can then record substitutions on an hourly basis which do not overwrite the employee's work schedule.

You can also enter the start and end times of an availability record that lasts for more than one day.

Enter the end time of an absence or attendance type in this field.
Determine whether it is an attendance or absence type by making an appropriate entry in the Absence/Attendance field.

The Start time and End time fields determine the interval within which the employee must clock in so that the specified daily work schedule is selected for dynamic daily work schedule assignment.

Use
You enter the end time of the availability record in this field.
The times specified are interpreted according to the availability type. They are generally valid for each day within the validity period. For on call, however, the times specify the start and end times of the period of on call duty.

Validity period: 02.01.1996 - 04.01.1996
Times: 10:00 - 17:00
The employee has availability duty on each day of the specified interval from 10:00 - 17:00.
2. On call
Validity period: 05.01.1995 - 08.01.1995
Times: 17:00 - 08:00
The employee is on call at the weekend from 17:00 on Friday until 08:00 on Monday.
