Use
Date entries can be separated with or without periods. You do not have to enter the year if the current year is meant.
Copy numbers can be entered in the form <Copyno>.<year>. The suffix <year> can be omitted if the coming copy is required.
Week and month entries are also made in the form <week>.<year> or <month>.<year>. The suffix .<year> can be omitted if the coming week or coming month is required.
