Use

Specifies the validity date of the business partner data that you can display/change on the move-in screen.

Dependencies

In the case of future move-ins, you can save any changes to business partner data as planned changes. The validity date then depends on the interval set in Customizing.

Example

• On February 1 you create a move-in document with a move-in date (also the actual move-in date) on February 19. As a result, the business partner's standard address is changed.
• The interval set in Customizing is 7 days.
• The validity date is therefore February 12, meaning the new standard address of the business partner is valid as of February 12.
