Definition
Enter the payee key for bank transfers to display bank data for payees.

Procedure
This key gives a default on regnr/kontonr or InformationsService (PBSI) number.
Be aware that if you are transferring pensions to a regnr/kontonr, the transfer is done without identification of the employee, that means no policenr. and/or cpr.nr. in the transfer.
To be able to identify the individual employee in the transfer, if you are not using a PBSI number, you should not use a default value, but need an individual regnr/kontonr per person. When you enter this, a warning will appear and the Payee key is blanked.

Use
If you set the payee key, only this key is saved. All subsequent fields such as payee text, postal code and city, bank number and account number are preset by the system.
