Indicates whether the items of the reference document are to be selected automatically.

Use

If this indicator is set, the reference document items are preselected on the overview screen and can be adopted immediately.

If the indicator is not set, you must first select the reference document items manually before you can adopt them.

It is used in the following functions:

• Create purchase requisition with reference to reference document
• Create purchase order with reference to reference document
• Create purchase order with reference to RFQ
• Create RFQ with reference to reference document
• Create RFQ with reference to outline agreement
• Create outline agreement with reference to reference document
• Create outline agreement with reference to RFQ.
