Documentation
Definition
The permitted no. of use indicator for a rented address list provides information on how many times the business partners created from those address can be used in marketing promotions (e.g. for campaigns).
The permitted usage number is usually specified by the address list provider as part of the contract.
Use
If Segment Builder is used to transfer the address data from the SAP BW system to the SAP CRM system, then the business partners are created there..
When outbound contacts are created for marketing promotions, the system checks whether rented business partners can still be contacted. For each rented business partner, the system checks whether the permitted no. of use has already been exceeded. If the number of created outbounds is the same as the permitted no. of use, then no outbound contact is created.
