Documentation
Definition
The permitted end-of-use date for a rented address list defines the time up until which the address data record can be used in marketing promotions (e.g. campaigns).
The permitted end-of-use date is usually specified by the address list supplier as part of the contract. record will be dealt with by the address list supplier.
Use
If Segment Builder is used to transfer the address data from the SAP BW system to the SAP CRM system, then the business partners are created there.
When outbound contacts are created for marketing promotions, the system checks whether rented business partners can still be contacted. For each rented business partner, the system checks whether the permitted end-of-use date has already been passed. If this is the case, no outboound contact is created.
