Definition

Use

The icon in this field displays whether the maximum storage period for the waste is being kept to as follows:

  • Green: Maximum storage period permitted is not exceeded.
  • Yellow: Maximum storage period permitted is not exceeded, but current date is within the alert period.
  • Red: Maximum storage period permitted is exceeded.

The current date when you access disposal processing is used to determine the icon. The end of the maximum storage period permitted is determined from the start of the maximum storage period and the maximum storage period permitted that you specified in the Max. storage field. You can specify the alert period in the Alert period field in the entry tool.

Procedure

The system sets the icon automatically if you have specified a maximum storage period permitted and a waste quantity for the entry document.

The system updates the icons automatically when you access disposal processing or if you set the Upd. stor. strt indicator and execute the Post change or Transfer location functions.
