Use
A disposal document can only be assigned the status specified in the Dispos. doc. status field when it is in one of the previous statuses specified here. By specifying the permitted previous statuses accordingly, you can specify the sequence that must be adhered to when you assign individual statuses to the disposal documents of the disposal document type.
