Documentation
Definition
Indicates that the waste codes that have been assigned to an entire disposal document of the disposal document type (general waste codes) are automatically assigned to all the wastes in the disposal document.
Notes:
- A waste code is assigned to an entire disposal document if you enter it on the Approval tab page or if you enter a waste approval there to which you have assigned a waste code in the master data. The latter is then adopted as the general waste code.
- If several waste codes have been assigned to the entire disposal document (which is not currently possible in the standard system), all general waste codes are assigned to each waste.
- A general waste code is, however, only assigned to a waste if the corresponding waste code was also specified in at least one specification for the waste or if no waste codes were specified in the specifications for the waste. If the specifications for the waste only contain waste codes that deviate from the general waste codes, no waste code is assigned. You cannot then assign waste codes manually either.
If waste codes have already been assigned to a waste before waste codes were assigned to the entire disposal document, the waste code assignements for the waste are changed as follows:
- All assignments of waste codes other than the general waste codes are deleted. Waste codes that have automatically been transferred from the specifications for the waste can also be deleted (see Autom. WstCode det.) indicator.
- All assignments of waste codes that have not been specified in a specification for the waste are deleted.
- If at least one waste code is then assigned to the waste, no further waste code is assigned.
- If no waste code is assigned to the waste, the general waste codes are assigned as described.
Use
For creating the waste life-cycle analysis in the reporting component, waste codes must be assigned to the wastes in a disposal document. Assignment to the entire disposal document is not sufficient. By setting this indicator, you can ensure that waste codes are assigned to all the wastes.
Procedure
Examples
The specifications for the wastes 1 to 4 contain the following waste codes:
Waste Waste codes
1 A
2 A,B
3 -
4 C
The codes A and B and wastes 1 to 4 are now assigned to a disposal document as general waste codes. The system then automatically assigns waste codes to the assigned wastes as follows:
Waste Waste codes
1 A
2 A,B
3 A,B
4 -
