Definition
Specifies the validity area for disposal documents of this disposal document type.
Use
On disposal documents and waste approvals, numbers must frequently be specified that authorities have assigned for the waste management business partners involved in the disposal process. For each waste management business partner, you can enter various authority-assigned numbers and specify a validity area for each number in the master data. The system uses these numbers to determine the following numbers from the validity area that was specified here for the disposal document type:
- The number assigned by a transregional authority for the waste management business partners. This number was specified on a disposal document of this disposal document type.
- The number assigned by an authority for the waste management business partners. This number was specified on a waste approval to which the disposal document type was assigned.
The authority-assigned numbers that are determined in this way are then automatically assigned to the waste management business partners on the disposal document or waste approval.
