Documentation
Definition
Indicates that the status is a cancellation status.
Use
If you set this status for a disposal document, the system cancels the disposal document.
Procedure
Examples
Dependencies
If you specify a waste quantity for a disposal document to which a waste approval has been assigned, this is automatically updated in the Quantity disposed of field in the waste approval, in other words added to the quantity specified there. This means that the system automatically ensures that the licensed quantity in the waste approval is not exceeded. Setting or reversing a cancellation status has the following effects:
- If you set a cancellation status for a disposal document that is not already in a cancellation status, the waste quantity specified in the disposal document is deducted from the quantity disposed of in the waste approval.
- If you set another cancellation status for a disposal document that is in a cancellation status, the quantity disposed of is not changed in the waste approval.
- If you set a status for a disposal document in a cancellation status that does not correspond to a cancellation status, in other words if you reverse the cancellation, the waste quantity specified in the disposal document for the quantity disposed of is added again in the waste approval.
