Definition
Indicates that for disposal documents of the disposal document type, the system automatically checks whether the waste codes assigned to the entire disposal document (general waste codes) are compatible with the waste codes that were assigned to the individual wastes in the disposal document. The following reactions are possible:
- If you have assigned a general waste code to the disposal document and this waste code was not assigned to any of the wastes, a warning is displayed.
- If you have assigned a general waste code to the disposal document and if a waste code was assigned to a waste in the disposal document and this waste code was not assigned as a general waste code, a warning is displayed.
- If you have assigned a general waste code to the disposal document and the disposal document contains a waste to which no waste code has yet been assigned, a warning is displayed.
- If you have assigned a general waste code to the disposal document and then want to assign a waste code to a waste and this waste code does not correspond to the general waste code, a warning is displayed.
- If you have not assigned any general waste codes to the disposal document but the disposal document contains wastes with and without waste code assignment, a warning is displayed.
Notes:
- A waste code is assigned to an entire disposal document if you enter it on the Approval tab page or if you enter a waste approval there to which you have assigned a waste code in the master data. The latter is then adopted as the general waste code.
- If several waste codes have been assigned to the entire disposal document (which is not currently possible in the standard system), it is sufficient if each general waste code is compatible with at least one waste code for an assigned waste and vice versa. If you want all the general waste codes to be compatible with all the waste codes for the assigned wastes, set the Only identical codes indicator too.
